Error Importing Hands

Hi,

Please see below two hands from PartyPoker.

These hands fail to import into my PT4. I believe this is because they were run twice after going all in (all other hands from the session imported without error). Due to the error only occurring (as far as I know) with some all-ins, reported results can quite significantly skew.

I have already contact Partypoker, here is their reply:
"I will have to kindly ask you to contact PT4 customer support for further assistance. Since this is 3rd party software, the information is out of our scope."

Please can you advise.
