Good morning I am new to the site and I was able to load the 14 day trial and I was able to use it however after a purchasing The subscription I cannot Download with the new registration number. It may have said something about a fire wall so I just able to fire walls and tried it again with no success the like I said the 14 day trial works.

You should have an email with your registration code (check your junk folders) but you can also see your codes on this website via My Account > Registration Codes.

You do not need to download a new version of PT4 - just enter your license code on the trial screen.
