Population report

I'm trying to exclude Hero from my population results.
I do 'Hand Details' - 'Player is Hero' - then I hit 'add to filter' and the 'NOT selected' box is greyed out. Am I doing this right?

You may need to click to select the Player is Hero filter once it is added to the filter list before you can click the 'NOT selected' button.

This worked. But now when I activate the Filter, nothing changes in the report. The total number of hands is exactly the same as are all the stats.
