My trackers not showing a WCOOP i got a deep run in what can i do to view my hands?

Make sure you don't have any filters active especially for date if the tournament started on one day and finished on another. If you still don't see anything please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window to a Support Ticket along with a hand history file from this tournament.
