GG Poker - Tournament Detection

How are you?

I have imported GG Poker hands successfully

The stats appears and all hands have been imported

But the tournaments are not detected

It shows $0 buy in and 0 finish position

Is there a way to AUTOMATIC detect the tournaments, finish position and prize won?

I tried in both .15.22 and .15.25 versions

I also purged the hands and reimported than

GGPoker do not include that information in their hand history files but if you have a sample that does you can send that to us in a Support Ticket.

So to track results at GG Poker is mandatory to manually make the tournament detection?

The files provided to you by GGPoker do not include that data so there is no way for PokerTracker 4 to know your finish position, prize won e.t.c. since it is importing from the information provided by your poker site. You can also review the files for yourself in a text editor such as Notepad. In some cases PokerTracker 4 can detect and infer the entry fee and prize from the hand data in STTs but that isn't possible for MTTs so if you have a sample where there is enough information you can send that to us in a Support Ticket.

Hello, the HH imported by GG network do not provide finish position and prize won, but provide the BUY of tournaments.

So, why PT4 cant import it, as showing like this in HH:

shows the value of BI, why PT4 cant read it?

Its very important to have this auto imported.

Support hasn't been added for this yet and we also have files where there is a guarantee amount instead of, or as well as, the buy-in. If you open a Support Ticket we can let you know when this is supported and it would help if you could also attach a sample to your ticket so we have examples of as many different buy-ins/tournaments as possible.

Hi!

I've just imported hands and tournament summaries from GG (a lot of them being bounty tournaments). After importing, the majority of tournaments are missing the bounty pool portion of the buy-in. For example, PT4 recognizes $15+$1.50 but misses the final $15. The only exception is one specific tournament (Stage 1 of a Mystery Bounty) in which all 3 portions of the buy-in are accounted for. It was also the only tournament that was recorded by the tournament description as a bounty. Wondering if there's something I need to do on my end to fix this moving forward?

If you have tournaments being detected incorrectly please attach your examples to a Support Ticket. In the meantime you can manually edit these tournaments in PokerTracker 4.
