Pokerstars Cashgame Cashout calculated wrongly

Hello everyone,

Today I had an All-in 4handed on a 9-max cashgame table on PokerStars. I did a cashout, but PokerTracker doesnt recognize it in the hand history itself. The amount won is fully incorrect in the session figures, hand reports, etc... How can I fix this? Anyone an idea?

What is the name of the specific statistic are you looking at? There are separate statistics in PokerTracker 4 for recording the results of hands with cashouts and these stats are suffixed with '(Including Payouts)' - see the release notes for PokerTracker v4.15.14.
