iPoker (Redstar) Twister prizepools not detected

Hello

I'm playing on iPoker skin Redstar
Prizepools and multipliers are not shown for 2nd and 3rd finishes
Could you guide me thru import options to fix this issue?

The multiplier is calculated from the prizepool and if the prizepool isn't specified in the hand history file provided by your poker site then there is no way for PokerTracker 4 to know what that was. For example if you win a Twister then your poker site may be specifying the winnings but if you finish 2nd or 3rd they may not be specifying the prizepool. For a normal 3 handed SNG PokerTracker 4 could possibly infer the prizepool from the buy-in multiplied by the number of players but that isn't possible for Twisters since the prizepool is random. If you compress a sample of hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you and attach them to a Support Ticket we can take a look at them for you.

I'm planning to generate tournament summaries with 3rd party software (iPoker tools)
Now I'm testing summary import with files generated by hand with the following content

RedStar Tournament #986067875, No Limit Hold'em
Buy-In: €0.93/€0.07 EUR
3 players
Total Prize Pool: €2 EUR

PT4 says summary is detected but it does not update it.

What should I put in text files to get prize pools updated in PT4?

If you are trying to mimic a PokerStars summary file then you are missing the information that they write after the prize pool line and if this information is removed from a PokerStars summary file then it does not import into PokerTracker 4. Also even if you do include this data then PokerTracker 4 will still not import it as it is not expecting a summary text file for iPoker since they do not provide one and it will generate an 'Unrecognized file format' error. I don't know if it will be possible but if you want to discuss support for your third party files then please open a Support Ticket.
