StdDev bb/100 gives 60 for all hands, yet >60 for every position. Is this is a misunderstanding of statistics from me, or is this not possible?

I don't have a strong enough understanding myself to be sure. It feels like it's possible, but I'm not seeing that with my own data and I'm a bit suspicious about the overall value being exactly 60.00 too.
Could you please export those hands and attach them to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread, and we'll take a closer look for you.
