PT4 doesn't work with zoom pokerstars since I do update today.
I installed the lastet version of PT4.
I have restart pokerstars but problem persists.
I can't disable aurora on the latest version of PS.

Same problem for me on MacOs

The Zoom HUD is still working for me after the update so please make sure PokerStars is still saving your hands (Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History) as that option in the PokerStars client can be disabled after an update. If your hands are importing try reinstalling the PokerStars client and if you are on Mac OSX make sure the PokerStars app is in your Applications folder. If that doesn't get things going please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here:

Hello, I confirm PT4 HUD is not working anymore on zoom tables of Pokerstars.fr since nov 18th. It is because Pokerstars added some dynamic info on top left of each table to display poker time left for each player due to recent european law. So PT4 does not recognize tables anymore. PT4 is still working, hands are correctly imported and HUD is available in PS hands reviewer. We need a fix on Pokertracker side, because there will be no change on Pokerstars.fr side.

Same problem since yesterday... No hud on zoom tables, but the hands are importing on pokertracker. It is possible to do something to resolve this problem ?

SOLUTION

It appears that PokerStars.FR changed their Zoom window titles resulting in the PT4 HUD not being able to find it to attach to. Please download and install the latest alpha version which we believe should resolve the issue and work properly:
