Hello,
My hud is not working on the cashgame tables.
The room is configured in English, for the hand history it's the same.
Can you help me ? please

Are your hands importing? Are you playing Zoom? If the answer to both of those question is yes see

I don't play in zoom, and my hand import is working.
i click and install the version you say but it doesn't change anything.

In that case please
enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a
Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
