I have kept track of every tournament and sng ive played this year and my results from pt4 and sharkscope results are differant. Pt4 is saying im up more then sharkscope is saying why is that?

Without more specific details I couldn't say. PokerTracker 4 tracks your data from the information in the files provided to you by your poker site and as far as I know gets its information from the poker sites tournament lobbies so maybe its currency related, something to do with bounty information or something else. For any tournaments with incorrect data in PokerTracker 4 you can update the information manually but if you need further assistance feel free to include all relevant information in a Support Ticket and attach the hand history/tournament summary files for any tournaments which don't work for you.
