GG poker rush and cash jackpot rake

Hello, I have the latest update that takes rake from hand histories. Only problem is that it takes just rake and not jackpot rake.

Rake 3 BB and jackpot is 1 BB but pt4 only shows rake 0.75$.

1 BB is taken for jackpot when pot>=30bb

Example of 0.25/0.5$ hand where pot is just under 30bb and jackpot rake is 0$

Jackpot rake is recorded/stored separately from regular rake in the database. The relevant built-in statistics in PokerTracker 4 are called 'My Currency Jackpot Taken' and 'Game Currency Jackpot Taken'.

Hm but we have "Game Currency Rake Attributed" but there is no "Game Currency Jackpot Attributed?"

No there isn't but you could build that as a custom statistic. See this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for a deeper walkthrough. The latter was written for PokerTracker 3 but the techniques all apply to PokerTracker 4, the interface is just slightly different.

Can you please provide specific details as I am not seeing any "random" numbers. The sample of hands of 447 hands you have previously sent to us specifies the amount of jackpot rake taken from each hand - for example:

Total pot $61.2 | Rake $1.5 | Jackpot $0.5 | Bingo $0

In those 447 hands the amount of jackpot rake specified by your poker site is either $0 or $0.5. There are 40 hands in that sample where there is a jackpot rake of $0.5:

40 x $0.5 = $20 and this is what PokerTracker 4 is reporting for that sample:

If you want to know only the jackpot rake that was taken when you won a hand (Jackpot Rake Attributed) then that would require a custom statistic as I mentioned above.
