Hi. Sorry in advance if this is a silly question but I didn’t find this information on the site. The pricing on the PT4 site are monthly or annual? For example, the Small Stakes Holdem is $64.99 per month or per year?

That is a one-off purchase. There aren't currently any repeating charges to use PT4.
