HUD not Working on PokerStars Zoom

Hi! Im using Pokerstars with old graphic after disable Aurora by deleting IMC Cache and HUD is not working on Zoom ! Settings are all ok on site and PT4 and hud is apearing for few seconds first hands but only for one player than nothing !

If this is a new database and/or you are playing this type of game/stake for the first time then bear in mind that the HUD can only display data if you have met those players previously and the player pool at 2NL Zoom 6max will be quite large and it may take a few hands/sessions to get data on the majority of the player pool. If that is not the problem then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder:
