HUD doesn´t show and hand history

I have the most recent version and since thursday(when i recently bought the license) it won´t show HUDS at all neither the history of hands(just showing the old history of hand), any ideas?

On what poker site? What gametype? Without further information on where/what you play I cannot be more specific so please check your Poker Site(s) are configured correctly with PokerTracker 4

Site Configuration Guide

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and the poker client software (where applicable) need to be in English.

Once that is setup you can click 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' in PokerTracker 4 and after playing a hand you should see that get imported into PokerTracker 4.
