Are your hands importing into PokerTracker 4? We have a guide for getting things setup with PokerStars here:
PokerStars Configuration Guide
Once that is setup you can test this on a table by clicking "Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing" and after playing your first hand at a table your HUD should appear.
