Export Video Fail

Hello,

I have trouble to export a video of one of my hands (well, of any hands actually).
Once the video is produced, the action does'nt go futher to ante posts for every player of the table. The times goes by on the video for 20 or 30 seconds but nothing else happens.

I've tryed different hands with different parameters but nothing changes...

Any Idea?

Please send us an original hand history file for a sample of these hands to us in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:
