Cant Get Bet Online to Auto import hands.

I am currently using the 14 day free trail period of poker tracker 4. I have had for 7 days now and still cant figure out how to get the chico network to auto import. When i hit auto detect i get a message saying "unable to locate chico directories" Ive tried to manually enter the hand history location and i get the message "chico does not appear to be installed". I am using the the betonline hand grabber from poker ace solutions. I have also tried using the hand history location for the hand grabber and nothing seems to work. Any idea what i might be doing wrong?

Chico/BetOnline poker support requires the advanceed poker tools hand converter to write hand histories and display a HUD. If you are using a different converter then you need to check the configuration of that here since as far as I can see that does not save the hands where you have PokerTracker 4 currently looking for them. You would then use the 'Add' button in 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Chico' to select that folder.
