Problem with hud in pokerstars

hi,

the last couple months, my HUD on pokerstars tables doesn't load correctly. It takes a few hands until it shows the HUD numbers and some boxes. It also doesn't work hand by hand.

My settings are the same way than my friend who doesn't have any issues.

Any solution or somebody have the same issues?

Based on that information your database cache may need to be rebuilt so if your database isn't that large (less than 1 million hands) select 'Database -> Database Management -> Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't fix it then restart PokerTracker 4 with logging enabled, reproduce the problem and then send your PokerTracker4.log file to is in a Support Ticket:
