PT4 Freezing issues

Hi,
I am having issues where my PT4 is lagging for a couple of minutes when trying to click on REPORTS. Seems to go NOT RESPONDING for a couple of minutes and then it eventually works. Also when I click various different tabs it does the same. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Has happened on my last couple of downloads. Maybe new database?

If you're using any security software (such as antivirus, firewall), please make sure to follow the instructions given in the Security Software Configuration Guide. Also if your database isn't that large go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

If that doesn't fix it then restart PokerTracker 4 with logging enabled, reproduce the problem and then send your PokerTracker4.log file to is in a Support Ticket:
