I can't export hands

When I try to export hands I get the message saying that they have been exported successfully and the folder is created but there is nothing inside

Are you sure you're looking in the correct folder? Be sure to take a note of the exact folder, and note that the hand history files may be in subfolders of that by site name for example.
How exactly are you exporting the hands? There are a few different ways in PT4.
What type of hands are they?
