Hud is slow to appear and collect hands after v4.15.27 updat

Hello,
I have installed this update and am having problems. When you start playing in any room, the hud takes longer to collect hands. Before the update, as soon as you finished the hand, you could mark it to review and you could see the opponent's cards if there was a showdown, now you may have to wait to play 2-3 hands for the showdown to appear and be able to mark it.
I have done all the housekeeping and full rebuild cache options to the database, and I don't know what else I can do.

If you've already tried the housekeeping options/full cache rebuild then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate that for you. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
