Using PT4 on Bovada

I have just purchased PT4. I know that for Bovada I have to download a Hand Grabber which I have done. I also know I need to turn on PT4 before opening the Bovada site. This I have also done. After doing this I hit the Play Poker tab and the Get Hands While Playing but nothing happens. Anybody know what I can do to fix this problem?

Please make sure everything is setup correctly to import your hands while playing:

Tutorial: Reporting A Problem

You can access the log files by clicking 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window. Go into the 'Logs' folder and compress all the files there (not the Archive folder, just the files) and send that to us.
