When displaying a HH text, PT4 indicates 2 players. 1) Hero actions in bold, and 2) highlights the winner's actions. So even when the option to Hide results is turned on, the winner is always displayed in bright green, which defeats the purpose of hiding the result.
Please hide the the highlighting when the Display Options -> Hide Results option is selected
