please advise if yes and what to do install it?

As far as I can see that is a GGPoker skin and they do not allow the importing of hands or the use of a HUD while playing. This site however may offer the option to download your hands afterwards and import them into PokerTracker 4 the same as the main GGPoker client does. Downloaded hands can be manually imported into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.
