Basically this would allow multitablers to quickly identify if the table is tight or loose, HEM uses it and I think it would be very benificial + easy to add

You can already do this - create a new HUD group and set it to "Table Averages" instead of "Everyone". Here you can add whatever stats you like and it will display the average of the values for the active players.
