Hi,

i have a different problem: The Hud is working very well and the sng hero tournaments are tracked correctly, but without adding a bounty to my winnings. I play on mac, everything is working fine except of the bounties

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Play one of these tournaments and take a screenshot of the table and attach it to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the tournament and the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu).

Hi,

As mentioned by guigz18 above, your update solved one problem (Jaqkpot SNG being detected as cash game instead of tournament), but there's still no HUD working.
I've updated my ticket #204194 with another screenshot, hand history and log files should you need them to fix the problem.

Thanks - the development team are aware of the issue and I expect it to be fixed in the next update.

hi,
would it be also possible to add the option "3 Seat Table" in the "Preferred Seating" site configuration menu ? looks like french sng jackpots are the only 3 players format on party, which would explain why this option wasn't usefull until now.

Do you have any news for HUD display problem on partipoker (PMU) for Jackpots ?
The grands seems to be imported correctly but the HUD doesn't show.
The HUD displays correctly on other tables (cash, MTT...)
