notetracker output format

Hi ,

some simple suggestion to greatly improve notetracker usability :

Allow modify font size output .
Allow inscrease notetracker size icon (actually so small that i resign to use it) , altenative and flexible solution could be
to use a standart text hud with rollover to output notetracker info .
