Pokerstars Grand tour issues

Hi Team,

First of all thanks for a great product.

I would like to ask that you please include functionalities to include Grand Tour tournaments from Pokerstars to the stats as currently I have to manually include them into my pokertracker as they are not recongized by the software.

As this format gets more and more popular I dont think im the only one who will struggle with this,

Please send us your examples in a Support Ticket. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

I really want to push this topic!
Also sent a bug report. I will ad tourney detail files as well later.

Please fix it. The bug fix should be simple!

I am a developer myself could even contribute if needed.

But please invest some time here.. I have over 500 tourneys with "$0" buyin and $0 winnings.. really destroys my stats.

In the examples we've seen so far there are no buy-in or prize information in the hand histories or tournament summaries. If you have examples with valid data please attach them to a Support Ticket.
