Hand strength

Postby Mike_ » Thu Oct 18, 2018 11:20 am

In this post https://www.pokertracker.com/forums/vie ... 18&t=17317

you talk about full houses :

Within Full House:

0 - Full house on board (valid for river only)
1 - Board trips, pocket pair, low pair
2 - Board trips, pocket pair, middle pair
3 - Board trips, pocket pair, overpair
4 - Board trips, top pair
5 - Board trips, not top pair
6 - Board paired, no set, pair below trips
7 - Board paired, no set, pair above trips
8 - Set under pair (33 on a 3JJT9 board)
9 - Set over pair (AA on an A3347 board)

Can you give me examples of what you mean for 6 & 7, I don't understand

An example of #6 would be AJ on AAJxx (pair of jacks is below trip aces) and #7 would be AJ on AJJxx (pair of aces is above trip jacks).

That would be #6. The board is paired, you have no set and the pair (33) is below the trips (KKK).
