Hi,
The player has 2h2s pocket cards (Hole cards). On the flop comes: AdJs9c.
How is the tourney_hand_player_combinations.id_f_kicker_strength indicator determined for this player in this situation?
Why does Pokertracker give the value tourney_hand_player_combinations.id_f_kicker_strength = 4?

From what I see when filtering for kicker strength for pocket pairs on unpaired boards this is determined by the lowest board card. For example if the player holds 22 and the board is AJ9 then KQT are missing:
AKJ = 1
AQJ = 2
AJT = 3
AJ9 = 4
So the kicker strength is 4 for 22-88 on unpaired boards where the lowest card is a 9 (and strength 3 for the pocket pairs higher than the 9) . The kicker strength is 5 for 22-77 on unpaired boards where the lowest card is a 8 and so on.
