Hand report show Opp Cards and Name

Is there a way to add Opponents cards and Name to a report like this one?
Perhaps by changing values of lookup_from_id(this,if(id_gametype=1,'cardpair','cardquad'))

You can only see villains hole cards if they are the active player in PokerTracker 4 and their hole cards are known. It's not possible to see the cards of other players when viewing the hands from your perspective.
