I am trying to use the stats section and make a quick filter, to look
At hands that I was the RFI preflop, then hit top pair.

I am getting results that have Pocket pairs and all in preflop in the result.

What am I doing wrong... I feel silly.!! Thank you

In the one pair filters you can specify top pair 'Using One Hole Card'. If you want to exclude hands where you were all-in preflop go to 'Actions & Opportunities -> Flop Action Sequence -> First Flop Action -> Any Action' since if you made a flop action then you could not have been all-in preflop.
