Replayer HUD issues

I'm having issues with the HUD stats in the replayer for HERO, if I have the option "Stats from the last x weeks" enabled then it's only showing stats from that particular session. And if I set it to "0" to show stats from all hands then it's not loading the HERO's stats at all while it works for all other players. I haven't had this issue until one of the recent updates.

Can you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Thank you.
