I downloaded a free hud with some cold call stats labeled "CHC Cold Call 2Bet PF 07-10bb." I'm assuming this means opponent cold called 07-10bb 2bet.
What I don't understand is what the CHC stands for. I can't find these in statics to post their definition. Does anyone have any guesses what CHC stands for?

Also, I have another stat that is called "Cold Call 2bet PF {AK}." This one is in my stats
the value expression is (cnt_p_ccall_AK / cnt_p_ccall_sd) * 100 . Does this mean how often then cold call AK preflop or AK+ preflop?

That might just be the name/acronym of the HUD provider.

I wouldn't know for sure from the names alone. If you're not sure check the column expressions or ask the creator.
