How to create this custom stat

Hi, i wanted to create this custom stat but i really dont know how to so i would appreciate if someone could help me out:
- Fold to SB open min raise
Meaning % of the time that a player folds to a minraise when on the BB against the SB, thank you

There is a built-in statistic called 'BB vs SB Open - Fold' which you can use as the basis of a new statistic. When the BB faces a minraise the following is true:

(cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_2bet_facing / cash_limit.amt_bb) = 1
