Value is less then session stats

Hi
I am noticing at times my hud is not including the total value for the stat. Shouldn't the value always be higher then the session.?

That screenshot does seem problematic - an opponent's session stats should always be included in the totals. Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Yes it is. The development team are aware of this issue and are investigating, but please do open that ticket so that we can pass your logs on to help with the investigation and send you a notification when the fix is released. If you can include a screenshot showing the bad data, and the hand history file for the session that would really help.
FYI: We believe that the total value is correct and it is the session value which is sometimes incorrect in the tooltip, so you can rely on the on-table data.

I have a screen shot and a hand number that goes with the screen shot. I am having a problem locating the hand history file. My processed hands are sent to a folder but the folder is empty. It list all the different days but when I click on a day the folders are empty.

That's where they should be by default. You can export any individual hand from PT4 by looking it up in a report and right clicking it and choosing Export Hand. That might work better for you?

Hi there

Has there been an progress with this issue. I submitted a ticket to through the ticket system. It has now been a few weeks and haven't heard anything. My concern with using Poker tracker with this problem is I don't know what stats to believe.Also what if this isn't the only problem. I am currently using a Demo on Holdem Manager until this can be resolved.

This issue will be fixed in the next release. It only affects session stats in the tooltips for fast-fold tables, as it is caused by the way fast-fold tables work with different players in every hand.
