selleing custom hud by pt4 serial number

My friend told me that it's possible to sell custom hud to people by serial number of Poker Tracker.
He said, that he paid for one and give them his serial number or something and custom hud appeared in his PT4.

Is there any link to information how to do it (i would like to set my own and sell others)
