need help hud profile not appearing on table for selection

Hey so i made a custom profile for myself cant when i go to the pokertracker icon on the tables to go find it only the original options that come with pokertracker appear, if i add anything it had no affect and doesn't seen to register i tried applying and hitting ok but nothing happens, please help not sure why i cant get this to work.

Please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on. Please also export your HUD profile via the options button in the HUD profile editor and attach that to your ticket as well.

how do i open a support ticket?

Click on Support Ticket on the link above posted by Flag_Hippo and it will take you to another page, in there click where it says "Contact Support"
