I am not sure exactly what you mean especially with the bit at the end since the BB is IP. It sounds like this:

P - SB open raises, BB calls.
F - SB cbets, BB calls.
T - SB checks, BB checks.
R - SB checks, BB bets.

If that is correct do you want how often the BB is betting in this spot or do you want how often SB is folding to that bet?

This is a heads up hand SB is IP and BB is OOP. I am wondering how often BB bets the river.

Thanks. In PokerTracker 4 that would be covered by the built-in stat called 'Probe River' which is how often a player bets out of position on the river after checking and calling a flop continuation bet and the turn is checked through.
