Fold to 4bet Stat

Jus take the build-in Fold to PF 4Bet stat, hit Duplicate, rename it and add to both columns the following piece of expression...

(tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack / tourney_blinds.amt_bb) < 30

That will isolate the % of the time the active player folded when facing a 4bet after 3betting with <30bb effective stack

PS: If you play cash just change the tourney for cash and thats it
