conditional hud stat

Is there the possibility to display in hud some text if certain conditions are verified?
eg if oppo fold to CB >=65 then hud display "oppo cbettable"

How do you get the actual (live) stat of player X (or player position) ?

this is a silly question sorry , the stat can obv be under each player ..
