Changing HUD profile Mid game?

I play 6 max hypers on stars. When i get down to HU i like to change my HUD to a HU profile. I am able to do this but it does not seem to lock the saved layout, am i able to lock it to a certain position on the table so when i get down to HU again and change profile it is in the same position?

If you can change HUD profiles for dif table size you need to re-arange the new HUD profile panels to the desire location on the table and then selec Save Layout.

As potamito mentioned you need to save the new layout when you move the HUD which you can do via the PT-icon on the table. Also when you get to heads up your opponent can be in any of the six seats at the table so I recommend that you load the HU profile one time when all 6 seats are occupied so you can set and save the correct HUD position for each seat.
