custom stats profile problem

Hello. Had to download pt4 4.14.26 to play pokerstars final table because it has hud for it, but in one day switched back to pt4 4.14.21 because realised microgaming hud not supported in 4.14.26, now pt4 gives error for all custom stat packs i bought: "unable to import premium profile, you will not be able to use this profile, reason: pt4 hud profile version 1023 expected 1022". I want to be able to use custom stat packs for both version of pt4.(or if not possible only for 4.14.21, but for final tables will use 26 but without premium stats:)) Been told by propokerhuds support that if i delete .aof files from File- Open User Folder - Temp(to force pt4 21 to redownload profile) it would probably destroy my pt4 hud setups using custom stats i bought. What do i have to do?

MicroGaming no longer write hand histories for most cash hands (only if you put money in) so importing these hands will lead to bad stats, so even in 4.14.21 you won't get good data for MicroGaming. Updating again should allow your Huds to work, and will mean you get the other fixes that have been made since then.

Once your Hud profiles have been updated to a newer version you can't use them in an older version of PT4 because that won't understand the new information in them. When you first ran the newer version of PT4 it should have made a backup of your layouts file in %LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Data, with 1022 in the name. If you rename your current layouts.pt4 file and then rename the "1022" file to layouts.pt4 then that should get you back to how it was before you updated.

Idea with rename didnt work ..., can you make feature with enabling/disabling microgaming hands import optional since import works good for plo games....

Are they writing all of the histories for omaha hands? If you can attach your GameHistory.dat file to a Support Ticket so that we can verify that I'll pass that information on to the development team.

1. Why this didnt work?
2. If i redownload the profiles by deleting all aof... files from File- Open User Folder - Temp. Then reopen PT4. Will i lose my hud setups using custom stats or no?

Please do not delete or change anything else. So we can investigate this for you make a copy of your C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data folder, zip/compress that copy and attach it to a Support Ticket.
