HUD doesn't appear

Hello, I have a problem, my hud doesn't appear when I play spin & go on PS but it is displayed on my replayer. I do not understand what I did wrong, can you help me?

The most common cause of that is not running your PokerStars client in English (Settings -> Global -> Language -> English).

If that's not the issue then please report this in a Support Ticket with your PokerTracker4.log file so we can see what is going on here:
