custom 4b vs position 3b miss some hands

hello , i am working on a stat 4B versus a certain 3B position and when i put this filter in my report
to test 4Bets versus Sb:

"char_length(tourney_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p) >= 2

and tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_4bet

and tourney_hand_player_statistics.flg_p_first_raise
AND substring(tourney_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p from 3 for 1)='9'

it seem to works but then i played a hand which is not listed and should , help pls

That's working for me. Are you viewing the report from the perspective of 'wendellau' (or turning off the 'Filter on Active Player' option)?
