More than 2 color ranges doesn't work

I'm using PT4 V4.15.3 on PokerStars, and whenever I try to use 3 or more color ranges for any HUD stat, only 2 of the color ranges work.

For example, say I have Pre-Flop raise stat, 0-5 is red, 5-15 is orange, and 15-100 is purple.

Only the first two colors, red and orange will work, and the purple color won't show up.

Am I doing something wrong? How do I fix this?

PokerStars rules only allow three color values and one of these is already accounted for in the default color for the stat (this is the one set to Foreground for the stat in the HUD Profile Editor) which leaves you to use two color conditions under 'Color Ranges'. The default color for the stat will display the undefined part of the color range not covered by the ranges for the two other colors e.g. with Default = Red, 5-15 = Orange and 15-100 = Purple then Red would be used when the stat value is less than 5.
