Could someone please confirm this is the correct code? I want this to include Cold Calling 3Bets as well as RC.

Yes that's correct. You can also test your expressions at anytime in a custom report with the method described here so for this you could load up a 'Hand Report' (turn off the 'Filter On Active Player' option if you want to test on all hands), sort by the preflop action line column and then confirm that the hands you want included are there (and replay if needed).
