On my popup I have float flop/turn/river but I want one for single raised pot and a different one for 3bp how do I make them?

You can specify that by adding char_length(cash_hand_summary.str_aggressors_p) = x to your columns where x would be 2 for a single raised pot and 3 for a 3bet pot. See this guide for the basics on custom statistics creation and this guide for further details.
