hero stats on stars

While using pt4 on zoom tables i have the stats to show from everyone but hero, however i still have the box from hero always on screen, however it doesnt update stats. how can i take it?

Are your hands importing? PokerTracker 4 can detect who is on a Zoom table at the start of each hand but for the HUD to update with new hands as you play (as well as for you to be recognised as Hero and have your HUD removed as per your settings) hands must be importing. If everything is setup correctly with PokerStars then please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:
